Every single night I have these nightmares that wake me up sweating and screaming or crying. I get about 2 hours asleep anight.this is what i dreamt: i have a mom, dad and 2 sisters, the youngest died due to a plastic surgery issue, my moms a nurse and visits the doctor responsible for her death, and fights her in the office,it ends with my "mom" cuttin the women on her chest in a y like they do in autopsys, and slowly pullin the chest plates apart to look inside. in the begining i feel its me as the "mom" but in the end result of the fight i feel myself "viewing" my mom and this woman/doctor. I also have a sense of not being angry because its justified for them killing my young 7 yr old sister with blk hair. next thing i know im in a house, my mom is sitting at the table with my dad and shes wrapped in a blanket just lost in space look on her face. im in the form of my teenager self when i had long blk hair, my sister is tall and has blk hair. were all waiting for the cops to come and arrest my mom for this womans murder…she cant hide cause everyone seen her do it in the office. so two officers come and take my mom. next thing i know my sister leaves and im outside like on a very very large balcony on top of ourhouse. almost like if you went to the rooftop it looks like a play ground on top. i see a merry go round and swing and next thing i know im looking at a old photo of my parents with me and my one sister who is still alive, or maybe its our "kids". i know im sad really sad, and im in a hurry to leave, like i have some kind of an apt. to rush to so i turn and then im looking at myself on the merry go round about 5 yrs old, im crying hysterically, so i as an adult run to my child self and swoop me up and hold me rubbing my hair, then im running with myself in my hands towards my house, but now im like an infant in my own hands. Next thing i know something behind me hits the baby "me" from behind me out of my hands on to the ground, i spin around to see nothing, when i look down the baby me is dead, like ive decomposed. i look ahead and i see 2 children running towards me to save them, what i think is my niece and nephew about 5 yrs old, i reach out to them and begin to run towards them and they fall over dead. im scared to death at this point, crying so hard, i run into the house down stairs to my "fathers room". he is laying on a mattress on the floor soaked in blood with a white sheet covering him, i want to pull the sheet back to expose his body but then he pulls the sheet back, its like his face is melted, and his eyes are puss mounds trying to pop out, he is the scariest thing ive ever seen and he is reaching for me. im hyperventilating and screaming/crying, then i wake up hearing my self say no no no… in the dream my parents are not my "real parents" and "siblings" are not my real siblings, the mom is blonde and kinda has a skinny body, my dream dad resembles a skinny man as well with brown hair and a mustache. in real life i only have one sister btw.
what could my dream mean? what should I do about this? Thanks!!!
