I am so bad at putting things off & now I feel like I'm forgetting something:

Most of the food is catered by a BBQ place. I am supplementing with chips and salsa, potato salad and veggie trays.

Beverages: Beer, wine, pop, bottled water & a giant jug of premixed margaritas

I still need to borrow some tables and chairs, but I know who I'm getting them from.

I have:
ice
plastic glasses
vinyl table covers
plastic forks/knives
graduation napkins (cocktail & dinner size)
matching plates (cake & dinner)
matching yard signs & decorations
bakery cake (picking up the day of)
balloon bouquets centerpieces
bean bag toss & ladder ball game, frisbees & sidewalk chalk for adults and kids
CDs for music

Anything else I should have? We will have 7 out of town guests staying with us. I just want to be able to focus on cleaning/getting the house ready & not worry about having to run to the store 50 times the day of the party.

Thanks!
Ginafly–OMG, what was I thinking, buying GRADUATION plates and napkins for a GRADUTATION party? Maybe I should just cancel the party, since most of my guests are coming from over 2 hours away–the gas emissions will DESTROY the enviroment!!!

Ms. Toni–thanks for reminding me about the cream. I have coffee on hand, but I don't use cream, so I forget that others do.
